REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Your satisfaction Buyer is our goal.If you are unhappy with your purchase,please make sure to contact our customer support center within 2-3 days of receiving item.All merchandise returns must be unworn,unwashed,original lace,(uncut),and still have the original package and gifts attached.We are happy to issue your refund in the original form of payment.Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of received approval or rejection of your refund if the item is returned in good condition like you received it.Once approved your refund will be issued in the original form of payment.Buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost.

 

CANCELLATION 

 

We accept cancellations you can cancel item within 3 hours of purchasing please contact our customer service and we will issue a full refund. We cannot cancel order once it's shipped out.

 

SHIPMENT POLICIES

 

Once your package is with the carrier it is out of our control we are not responsible for delays/lost or stolen packages.Orders are shipped within 2-3 (buisness days) MONDAY-FRIDAY (US only).We use USPS FIRST-CLASS/PRIORITY MAIL.We are making every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
